Schedule
Approximately 80 teachers have registered. Schedule is set for 9:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Participant to Centre Ratio
There will be 8 centres and approximately 80 people so that works out to 10 people per centre.
Infrastructure:
Internet
Network will support the internet traffic. We've been promised.
Power
Power grid will be laid to support the power needs of the attendees and their laptops. (10 outlets per centre)
Audio/video
Each centre will have a screen and projector. Bring your OWN small speakers if required.
Layout
The layout will be similar to the diagram below. The two middle centres will be unassigned and available. There will be two tables per centre with 10 chairs will be at each centre.
